When we over sanitize things, mask up, practice social distancing, quarantine, we are actually weakening the immune system due to lack of upgrades from viruses and bacteria.
Now, this doesn’t mean go out and get exposed to all the viruses and bacteria that you can. The point of all of this is slow, low-level exposure.
There have been a few studies that have shown children who grew up on a farm vs children who have not, the ones who lived on the farm had far better immune system function and responses than those who did not.

Now how is this true? Anyone who understands the cell-mediated theory, understand this. The cell-mediated theory is the opposite theory of the Germ Theory. The germ theory is outdated and has been proven to be false. The best research in the world right now has been showing that the way we think of viruses is not actually true. The cell-mediated theory does not focus on germs, viruses, bacteria, etc., to be the cause of an illness but the strength and function of the immune system. This is why a classroom of children can be exposed to the flu virus and only a certain percentage will come down with the flu. It is the same reason they saw on the Princess Diamond ship of 3700+ people who were exposed to the Corona Virus of an average age of above 65 years old, 81% did not test positive for the virus. It is the same reason they saw this on a Navy Seal ship of over 5000 sailors where 81% did not test positive for the virus.
Since the beginning of the entire COVID outbreak, there has been little to no education on the immune system.
In this article, I want to share 2 most powerful ways you can enhance your immune system.

And what do you know, COVID affects people with lower vitamin D levels… There are even research studies that show how Vitamin D helps ward off the flu by boosting the immune system. There are many researched studies that discuss this and much more.
Sun exposure, more insulin sensitivity, cholesterol, and having a balanced nervous system is what allows you to produce more Vitamin D naturally.
