Importance of Having an Accountability Partner

Following up our blog from last week about the importance of goals and looking back at those goals you set at the beginning of 2019, it is also important to know that it is much easier to achieve those goals if you find yourself an accountability partner. When there are two of you (or more) constantly checking in on each other, pushing each other, and making sure you are all on track, it is much more likely you all achieve your goals!

Research shows that individuals who have an accountability are up to 95% more likely to achieve their goals! That is huge!!

And if you think about it, it makes sense. There is no doubt that there are going to be days, likely many days, where you just don’t want to do what you said you were going to in order to achieve that goal. It is those days, where you are less motivated, that you can lean on your accountability partner for encouragement and allows you to continue to work toward that ultimate end goal.

So, as we get closer and closer to 2020, think about who you may want to be your accountability partner(s) when you set those new goals!
