In the United States, with all the medical advances and information we have and all the money we spend on healthcare, you would think we would be #1 in the world when it comes to health. Unfortunately, this is not the case! We actually tend to rank towards the bottom of industrialized countries in many different health aspects.
Out of the 11 richest nation’s in the world, we are ranked dead last.
We are ranked #1 when it comes to infant mortality, which is certainly not a good thing!
We are ranked in the 60s when it comes to maternal health.
So what can we do about this? We must all work together to take control of our health. To take control of our decisions and not leave it to the “one pill fixes all” approach. I challenge you to start that process today if you have not already.
