The purpose of this simple movement is to focus on stimulating two different planes of movement that we normally, in modern society, do not activate much.
The physical world that we live in is a 4-Dimensional world. The 3D part of the world has 3 planes of motion and what makes it 4D is when we add time.
When we look at our 3D world of movement, there are three planes of motion that feed your brain and keep it young and vibrant. These three movements are:
- Flexion/Extension
- Lateral Movement
- Rotations
In today’s modern world, we are truly only activating the first one, flexion/extension. If you work out at a gym, when you look at people working out, 99% of them are focusing on the flexion/extension components of the body. When we dominate these movements, we are depriving the brain of other stimulation that is needed and vital for brain health.
These simple brain exercises of rotating your head to one side with a looking up motion at the end activates the two other planes of motion that we don’t utilize much which is lateral flexion and rotation.
On top of this, we want to focus on balancing the brain as much as we can by focusing more on our weak side to help stimulate those pathways in the brain.

Corrective Posture Exercises
Modern living has added vast amount of stress and imbalances in our nervous system that when this happens, it creates lack of range of motion and poor posture.
One of the biggest that I have seen in my 14 years practicing is loss of cervical (neck) curve. The curve in the neck is crucial for every facet of our life and the exercises below are here to help provide support with your Chiropractic care to improve your posture, add more life to your years, and help with holding your adjustments better.

If you are LEFT brain weak, we want you to focus on activating and working the muscles on the right side of your neck.
3 sets of 10 reps DAILY. Each rep is a 5 second hold.
